DELIVERY AND RECEIPT INFORMATION
Your orders are carefully prepared as quickly as possible, taking stock availability into consideration.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM are shipped the same day if the product is in stock, and typically arrive at your address within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM are shipped the next business day, provided the product is in stock.
Delivery times may vary depending on the operating conditions of the courier companies, regional differences, and force majeure situations. The seller cannot be held responsible for such delays.
All shipments are securely made through contracted courier companies.
You can track your order using the tracking number provided to you once your package has been dispatched.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the BUYER. Any delivery issues or additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information are the responsibility of the BUYER.
Receiving the Package and Damage Inspection
The Buyer is obligated to inspect the package during delivery.
If there is any visible damage (such as cracks, dents, tears, wetness, or missing items),a damage report or delivery note must be issued in the presence of the courier.
This report serves as a legal basis for proving the existence and responsibility of the damage.
If no damage report is issued at the time of delivery, the product is deemed to have been received in good condition, and later claims for damage will not be accepted.
In the case of return requests due to damage or breakage, the process will only be initiated if the product is returned to the SELLER along with the official damage report.
Return requests made without a damage report will be rejected.
This procedure is mandatory to protect the rights of both the Buyer and the Seller.
